​Pinkneys Manor is on Mill Road  - about 70m along the road on the left, a red brick and black weather board barn, sharing a space with the 'Sign and Graphic Company' and 'Stoneman Press - see their' 'A' frames on the grass -  turn left just before them into the farm yard and find us there. If you reach the village and school you have gone too far.
